B: General role for M and E manager:
In general, ME manager will take lead in development and strengthening the monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems for HDT.

C: Specific Duties and responsibilities and prerequisites.

• Take lead in establishing monitoring and evaluation systems for the organization
• To support program managers and officers in the organization to understand and use the system
• Work with managers and officers to develop monitoring measurable indicators for each project and for the program including time line for objective monitoring
• Taking lead to facilitate documentation and work with communication officer to ensure the work of HDT is well packaged and communicated to external stakeholders.
• Coordinate all applied research done by HDT
• Review current reporting mechanism and develop appropriate reporting framework including reporting format for quarterly and annually.
• Develop HDT data bank in harmonization with national data system for HIMS and TOMSHA
• In collaboration with communication officer, take lead in development of HDT reports and ensure quality and timely submission.  
• Any other duties reasonably assigned by manager

D: Experience
He/she should be familiar with:
•    Experience in designing monitoring evaluation framework and plan
•    Solid experience in result based management and project management
•    Experience in carrying out evaluations.
•    IT skills is an added advantage

•    Team player and flexible and Willing to learn from colleagues at work

F: Qualification
Postgraduate degree or equivalent in public health, business administration or any other specialization relevant to the project activities.
